Lead Time

After your artworks and confirmed and we've received your payment, we'll proceed to print your order within the following time frame.

1. Stickers

  • Printing takes up to 24 hours (excluding weekends & public holidays) after payment is received, unless otherwise stated or agreed upon.

2. Name Cards / Business Cards

  • Printing on Standard Name Cards, Straight Corners takes 1 hour* upon request and receipt of payment. Otherwise, we will print it within 24 hours.
  • Printing on Standard Name Cards, Rounded Corners and Square Name Cards takes up to 24 hours* upon receipt of payment.
  • Printing on Synthetic Name Cards takes up to 24 hours*, as we are working with more premium material.

3. A3 / A4 / A5 / A6 / A7 Greeting Cards / Postcards / Invitations / Flyers

  • Printing takes up to 24 hours* upon receipt of payment unless otherwise stated or agreed upon.

4. Brochures / Bookmarks / Certificates & Other Printed Products

  • Printing takes up to 24 hours* upon receipt of payment unless otherwise stated or agreed upon.

5. Special Printing (that requires more than 24 hours) 

  • Our printing usually takes up to 24 hours*, however, there are some items that will take longer as these items require reconfigurations of our equipment before we can start production, or require extensive processing. These are:
    1) White Ink Underlay and Invisible Red Ink Printing** - We perform this on Fridays only and will be ready for collection on Monday or the next working day*. Regular White Printing is still printable within 24 hours*.
    2) Temporary Tattoos^^ - Lead time is up to 48 hours*.
    3) Die-cut Stickers (Custom-shape)^^ - Lead time is 1 to 3 working days* depending on availability
  • 4) Custom Sticker Sets^^ - Lead time is 1 to 3 working days* depending on availability

* - Not including Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays
** - An additional charge of $80 will apply if you require us to print these items within 24 hours.
^^ - Case-by-case, we'll advise via email after reviewing the Artwork and requirements.

6. Modes of collection

    • For Self Collection at our office:
      > Confirm your order and settle the payment.
      > Collect within 24 hours* on the next working day.
    • For Courier Delivery (+$10 to $15 depending on postal code, see below):
      > Confirm your order and settle the payment.
      > Complete printing within 24 hours* and deliver on the next working day by 6pm unless otherwise stated.
    • For Express Delivery ($35 flat rate):
      > Usually delivered within 2 hours after order completion.

01 to 10 : $12 | 56 to 59 : $12
 11 to 13 : $15 | 60 to 73 : $15
14 to 33 : $12 | 75 to 80 : $12
34 to 55 : $10 | 81 to 82 : $10
